GOFERVAL BAUME is an ointment for use as an aid in the treatment of minor deep wounds, minor skin ailments, rainscald, mud fever and skin irritations of horses.
GOFERVAL BAUME is made with picric acid, beeswax, and petrolatum, which have antiseptic, antibacterial properties. GOFERVAL BAUME is a fast acting solution for treating deep wounds and preventing granulation.

Directions:
No need to clean the wound with iodine before first application. Wash with soapy water and wipe the wound thoroughly with a clean cloth. Apply a thick layer on the wound covering it completely. Cover with a bandage if possible. Reapply until the coat/fur has re-grown.
